10bd Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legal agreement between the 10bd platform and its users ("you" or "member"). This Agreement covers the terms for using 10bd's website, mobile application, and other related services. 10bd reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the updated terms.

10bd's decision shall be considered final in the interpretation and application of this Agreement. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the interpretation of 10bd's authority shall apply.

1.1 Age Requirement

The 10bd platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. When creating an account, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited. If an account belonging to a person under 21 is found, it will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

1.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and bonuses will be cancelled.

1.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. 10bd reserves the right to close accounts where false or incomplete information has been provided. Any changes to your information must be reported to the support team immediately.

1.4 Account Verification

10bd may request documents from you for identity verification when deemed necessary. Withdrawals may be placed on hold if relevant documents are not provided. This process is in place to prevent fraud and ensure the security of the platform.

2.1 Password & Login Credentials

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. Sharing login credentials with anyone else is prohibited. The account holder is responsible for any unauthorised use of the account. If you suspect your login credentials have been compromised, notify the 10bd support team immediately and change your password.

2.2 Account Closure & Suspension

10bd may close or temporarily suspend your account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Evidence of system or bonus abuse
• Suspected involvement in illegal activities
• Prolonged inactivity

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on 10bd:

The same payment method must be used for both deposits and withdrawals. Deposits from third-party accounts or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

3.3 Withdrawal Process

Before submitting a withdrawal request, make sure your account has been fully verified. 10bd reserves the right to review any withdrawal request. Additional information may be requested for unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests. Amounts subject to an unfulfilled bonus condition cannot be withdrawn.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 10bd receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = you need to place ৳20,000 in bets — after which winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Guidelines

A bonus can only be claimed once. Bonuses cannot be shared or transferred to another member. 10bd reserves the right to close accounts where bonus abuse, system exploitation, or any attempt to obtain a bonus through strategic means is detected. 5.1 General Betting Policy

All betting decisions on 10bd are made at the member's own discretion. Bets generally cannot be changed or cancelled once placed, though the platform may make exceptions in specific circumstances. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, 10bd may cancel it and the staked amount will be refunded.

5.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA, various leagues), kabaddi, and other sports. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the staked amount is generally refunded. Void rules may vary depending on the type of sport.

5.3 Casino & Slot Games

10bd's casino section offers slots, table games, live casino, and fishing games. All game results are determined entirely by a neutral random number generator (RNG). 10bd conducts regular game audits to ensure fair play.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Placing bets through match fixing or the use of inside information
• Attempting to earn bonuses through multiple accounts
• Using another member's account
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or glitches

6.1 VIP Tiers & Benefits

The 10bd VIP program has four tiers, each with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

6.2 VIP Status Changes

10bd reserves the right to determine and adjust VIP tiers based on specific evaluations. VIP tiers may be downgraded due to prolonged inactivity or rule violations. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the registered account.

7.1 Data Collection

9.2 Limited Licence

By granting membership, 10bd provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence for personal use of the platform. This licence is for personal entertainment only — not for commercial purposes.

10.1 Service Interruptions

10bd may temporarily suspend services for technical maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. 10bd will not be held liable for any loss incurred by members as a result of such service interruptions. However, the staked amount for any transaction left incomplete due to a technical issue will be refunded to the member.

10.2 Third-Party Services

The 10bd platform uses third-party services from game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others) and payment providers. 10bd's liability for issues with these third-party services is limited. However, 10bd remains available to assist members with any problems that arise.
